Hi Everyone,
Happy Easter to those celebrating! It looks like tomorrow will be a beautiful day for outdoor celebrations and egg hunts.
Spring break has been flying by. I have no idea where the time has gone. With so much rainy and cool weather, we didn't do very much. The extra time home has given us time to relax and that has been much needed.
Today, we are going to enjoy some family traditions. As a child, one of my favorite memories was making bird's nests with my Mom. They are a delicious chocolate treat. Each year, I make them with my children and it's a special tradition we all enjoy. We will also be dyeing eggs today. My daughter is also looking forward to making some new sweet treat creations with new recipes this Easter. It's so much fun to watch their creativity and skills in the kitchen.
Keeping it short this week so I can spend time with family.
