Grab and Go to the Park! National Eat Outside Day is the perfect excuse to pack up a picnic and head to the nearest park in Laurel-Hanover-Jessup for an outdoor feast!

The Park features three picnic pavilions, a waterless restroom structure, parking, 1.5 miles of paved hiker/biker paths, tot lot, picnic tables and grills throughout the park, open play areas, scenic wetland area and historic dam ruins.
- Dinosaur Park, Laurel

Offered the first and third Saturday of the month, you'll have the chance to dig for fossils, play on their play structures and picnic in the park.

Take it to the backyard
Rather eat at home? Order takeout and take that picnic right outside on your front stoop, or back lawn! For an at-home outdoor dining feast, my family typically orders takeout from Laurel-Hanover-Jessup at Red Hot & Blue, Timbuktu, and BJ's Brewhouse.
If time is tight? A simple PBJ on the porch will do the trick just fine!
